KIC Emergency Department Statistics - Diagnosis allows tabulations by year, age-group, race, sex, ethnicity, and county/area of residence. The most current year for Emergency Department statistics is 2024.

On April 1, 2016, population estimates were updated with the newly released 2000-2009 intercensal population estimates, produced by the U.S. Census Bureau Population Estimates program. Introduction of the intercensal estimates could alter any results (rates / percentages) captured prior to April 1, 2016. For more detail, regarding population estimates, see KIC’s Notes & Limitations, section “Population Estimates”.
